WV Blackberry Sangria - WV blackberries marinated in West Virginia's own Devils Due Blackberry Moonshine blended into DT's housemade red sangria
WV Beef and Mushroom - NY strip from Jason Poth Farms shaved and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños from Gritts Farm, oven roasted and served with a blackberry balsamic reduction along with a cremini portobello mushroom from Hernshaw Farms stuffed with jalapeño and cream cheese wrapped in puff pastry, baked and served with a fig reduction drizzle

Appalachian Sour - Old Forester Bourbon w/ house-made Fiji apple and ginger puree, splash of sour and fresh lemon juice with apple and cinnamon garnish
Pork Egg Roll with Roasted tomato curry dipping sauce

Jungle Bird - Venezuelan Dark Rum with Campari, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and lime garnish
Land, Air and Sea - Crab, Duck Sausage and Wild Boar Sausage "meatballs" with caramelized onions in heirloom tomato romesco sauce with melted aged cheddar cheese

Dragon’s Breath - Tito’s vodka, cucumber vodka, jalapeno simple syrup, dragon fruit and soda water with a tajin, jalapeno and cucumber garnish.
Apricot-braised shredded brisket sliders with sweet jalapeno slaw and chili-honey drizzle on a toasted Hawaiian roll
How it works:
Attendees will receive one signature cocktail and one appetizer-style food when visiting each venue. *Attendees will have the option to substitute a house wine for the cocktail.
Check-in at any participating location and receive a voting card. At the end of the night, using a QR code on the voting card, you will submit your vote for best cocktail and best appetizer.
***All participants will be required to show a valid ID when checking-in. Please note that because this event involves alcoholic beverages, you must be at least 21 years old to purchase a ticket and attend. ***

Early Bird Single Ticket (thru September 29, 2023): $50
Regular Single Ticket (September 30-October 7, 2023): $60

Fund for the Arts hosts events such as Capital Cocktail Classic and The Wine & Jazz Music Festival as a way to raise funds to support our 11 member art groups. Our mission is to provide "One Gift for All the Arts," and by donating to our cause and attending our events you support: Charleston Ballet, Charleston Chamber Music Society, Charleston Civic Chorus, Charleston Light Opera Guild, Children’s Theatre, Clay Center, Friends of Old Time Music and Dance, River City Youth Ballet, West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, West Virginia Youth Symphony Orchestra, and WomanSong.
