By clicking below and purchasing this ticket, I confirm my understanding that all tickets for Fund for the Arts Presents: Brunch Bites & The Arts are NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions both during and after the Brunch Bites & The Arts. I hereby, to the greatest extent allowed by law, RELEASE Fund for the Arts, all sponsors of the event, the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences, any catering services, and all other companies, organizations and individuals providing services, products or support in any way to the Brunch Bites & The Arts, including their directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners, performers, sponsors/promotional partners and vendors from any and all liability including, but not limited to, liability arising from negligence, gross negligence and/or reckless, willful or wanton conduct and INDEMNIFY and hold the same harmless from any and all liability, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I may ever have arising, directly or indirectly, from attendance and participation in the Brunch Bites & The Arts, including the same's defense costs and expenses. I consent to the use by Fund for the Arts, its directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners of photographs and video recordings made of me while attending and participating in the Brunch Bites & The Arts without further compensation or acknowledgement by me, and agree that all such materials, including negatives or digital data, are the sole property of Fund for the Arts, its directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS, AND THAT I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET AND THAT I AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
